Kamila Flemming

Kamila holds a bachelor's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS and is currently in her fourth year of Integrative Psychotherapy studies at IICP. As a student member of the IACP, Kamila adheres to their ethical framework and professional standards. She offers therapy sessions in both English and Polish.

Kamila has participated in workshops on Trauma Therapy, the Schema Mode Approach, Working with Adult Autistic Clients, Art Therapy for Adults, CBT & Mindfulness, Understanding Behavioral Addictions, and Equality, Diversity, and Social Justice. She volunteers with SOSAD, a suicide prevention organization, and is deeply committed to her professional development.

Kamila believes that the cornerstone of effective counselling lies in a strong therapeutic relationship. She recognizes the courage it takes to begin therapy and prioritizes creating a welcoming, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. This safe space allows clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns, fostering the awareness necessary for meaningful change and healing.

Using a humanistic-integrative approach, Kamila draws on various therapeutic orientations to address the unique needs of each client. She has a particular interest in helping individuals manage anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and low confidence.
